As Punjab is the biggest province of Pakistan in terms of population, so there are several education boards in the province and they conduct 10th class exams. BISE Lahore, BISE Bahawalpur 10th Result, BISE DG Khan 10th Result, BISE Faisalabad 10th Result, BISE Gujranwala 10th Result, BISE Multan 10th Result, BISE Sahiwal 10th Result, BISE Sargodha 10th Result, BISE Rawalpindi 10th Result, and FBISE are among the education boards present in the province.
